小帅哥=爬手

Today was suppose to go training wit Ben n Suz at Yishun Safra in the morning. Turned out that the weather was pretty bad and the venue was changed to ClimbAsia (Damn! That's the 3rd consecutive day i'm climbing there). Did some movement training and then proceed wit doing endurance routes with 5kg weight on. One word to describe... SEEBEH SIONG!!! (haha... Ok tats more than one word)
Anyway later on in the day 小帅哥 came along to do some training of his own. And to boost his morale, he bought himself a new pair of Rock Pillar climbing shoe! Committed to the core man! Once he got his shoes on, he was unstoppable. Ended up he was climbing more than me. I became his belay slave for the day...
hehe actually i was too shag to climb after the training.
Awesome, now that i got 小帅哥 to become a 爬手 i wonder who i should convert next? Think FatBoy will be next on my list! Comin' For Ya MAN!
